Guided by expert artisans, you will learn to craft your own textiles from raw fibers, experiment with a variety of natural dyes, and create stunning, eco-friendly fabrics and garments. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced textile artist, this workshop will inspire your creativity and deepen your understanding of traditional crafts.

Participants will enjoy gourmet farm-to-table meals with organic, gluten-free, and vegetarian options available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert, ensuring that everyone’s dietary needs are met with the highest quality ingredients. Accommodation is BYO tent or camper, with RV hookups available for your convenience. Modern indoor bathrooms and A/C ensure a comfortable and restful stay.

Daily Structure:

“Good Morning, Artisans! Breakfast Awaits!” at 6:30 AM. Begin your day with a nourishing farm-to-table breakfast, preparing you for a day of creativity and hands-on textile work.

Start your textile journey at 8:00 AM, with guided instruction and hands-on activities led by our expert instructors.

“Take a Break, Replenish Your Creativity – Lunch is Served!” at 11:45 AM. Enjoy a wholesome midday meal, with plenty of organic, gluten-free, and vegetarian options to keep your energy balanced for the afternoon.

Work continues from 12:30 PM until 2:30 PM, when it’s time for our Beat The Heat Break. Relax in the A/C, and engage in discussions with your fellow artisans about the day’s techniques and projects.

From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, return to your craft, deepening your understanding of textile arts and experimenting with natural dyes.

Finally, at 7:30 PM, “Dinner Time! Celebrate Your Craft with a Delicious Meal!” Gather around for a gourmet dinner, sharing insights and experiences from your textile journey with the community.


Daily Breakdown:

Day 1: Introduction to Textile Arts and Fiber Preparation

  • Morning (3-4 hours):

    • Welcome and Orientation: Meet your instructors and fellow participants. Learn about the history and significance of textile arts, the basics of fiber selection, and the principles of sustainable fabric creation.
