Meet Julie Connelly - Founder of Primal Path Academy

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here

My journey has been shaped by travel and a deep connection to nature and personal growth. Since 2008.

I’ve explored holistic practices and now I’m honored to share what I’ve learned with others.

The Journey So Far

My introduction to plant medicine over a decade ago opened the door to a lifelong pursuit of transformation.

Early experiences remain sacred and continue to teach me.

I’ve trained in primitive skills with mentors like GB2 and Tony Pike,

and spent time learning at Winter Count in Arizona — a hub for earth-based living.

My healing has been supported by White Tiger Medical Qigong, studying under masters

like Tevia Lin Feng and Lee Holden, leading to a complete physical shift.

Breathwork & Neural Rewiring

9D Breathwork, where I am now a certified facilitator,

has helped me rewire limiting patterns and transform my life.

Combining guided breath and frequencies, 9D Breathwork provides a cellular upgrade,

engaging the nervous system and emotional body.

I believe 9D uniquely weaves together impactful elements of breathwork.

Vision Quests & Sovereignty

I’ve completed four vision quests with guides like Tim Cochran

and Mark Tollefson, reconnecting me with clarity and purpose.

The Vision: Primal Path Academy

Primal Path Academy combines my experiences into a living school of teachings,

aiming to guide others into deeper connection with themselves, nature, and community.

Come walk the Primal Path with me — toward vitality, sovereignty, and a more aligned way of living.

With gratitude,
Julie Connelly

A Journey Captured on Film

One of the Vision Quests became the focus of a documentary:

Vision Quest, exploring the transformational experience of reconnecting with nature.

This film features participants, including actor Christian Oliver, who joined us on this sacred journey.
