Guided by expert fermenters, you will learn to create a variety of fermented delights, from tangy kimchi and sauerkraut to effervescent kombucha and kefir. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their culinary skills, improve their gut health, and connect with a community of like-minded individuals.
Participants will enjoy gourmet farm-to-table meals featuring organic, gluten-free, and vegetarian options available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert, ensuring that everyone’s dietary needs are met with the highest quality ingredients. Accommodation is BYO tent or camper, with RV hookups available for your convenience. Modern indoor bathrooms and A/C are also provided to ensure your stay is comfortable.

By the end of the week, you’ll have created a variety of fermented foods and drinks to take home, along with the confidence to continue fermenting on your own.
Daily Structure:
“Good Morning, Fermenters! Breakfast Awaits!” at 6:30 AM. Begin your day with a delicious farm-to-table breakfast, preparing you for a full day of hands-on fermentation.
Start your fermentation journey at 8:00 AM, with guided instruction and hands-on activities led by our expert instructors.
“Take a Break, Nourish Your Body – Lunch is Served!” at 11:45 AM. Enjoy a refreshing midday meal, with plenty of organic, gluten-free, and vegetarian options to fuel your afternoon.
Work continues from 12:30 PM until 2:30 PM, when it’s time for our Beat The Heat Break. Relax in the A/C and discuss the second half of the day’s activities with your fellow fermenters.
From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, it’s back to work, as you refine your fermentation techniques and expand your repertoire of probiotic foods.
Finally, at 7:30 PM, “Dinner Time! Savor the Flavors of Your Creations!” Gather around for a gourmet dinner, sharing your day’s successes and learning with your fellow workshop participants.
