Over the course of a week, you'll learn to prepare delicious meals using primitive and modern techniques, build functional campsites from natural materials, and develop the self-reliance needed for extended stays in the wild.
Participants will enjoy gourmet farm-to-table meals with organic, gluten-free, and vegetarian options available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. All accommodations are BYO tent or camper, with hookups available for your convenience. Indoor bathrooms are also provided to ensure your comfort throughout the workshop.

Daily Structure:
“Good Morning, Outdoor Chefs! Breakfast Awaits!” at 6:30 AM. Start your day with a hearty, farm-to-table breakfast to fuel your wilderness adventures.
Get started with your bushcraft and camp craft activities at 8:00 AM, diving into the morning’s tasks alongside our expert instructors.
“Take a Break, Refuel and Recharge – Lunch is Served!” at 11:45 AM. Enjoy a nutritious midday meal with organic, gluten-free, and vegetarian options, and get ready for the afternoon’s challenges.
Work continues from 12:30 PM until 2:30 PM, when it’s time for our Beat The Heat Break. Relax in the A/C and discuss the second half of the day with your fellow adventurers.
From 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, it’s back to work as you refine your cooking techniques and enhance your camp craft skills.
Finally, at 7:30 PM, “Dinner Time! Celebrate Your Wilderness Skills with a Delicious Meal!” Gather around the campfire for a gourmet dinner, reflecting on the day’s progress and sharing stories with your fellow campers.
